A man entered barber’s shop and as soon the barber started cutting hair, a conversation started in between the two. They discussed on various topics before finally reaching to god. The barber was firm on his belief – ‘I don’t believe that a god exists’ he proceeded with proofs in support of his belief ‘If there is a god then why so many people are sick, why so many orphans, why so much poverty and why so many people are suffering in this world?’
The customer listened to him but did not answer him because he had no intention to go into a useless discussion but as he made his exit, he saw a man standing outside the barber’s shop. That man had not had a haircut in ages had not shaven for months. The customer went back to barber and said ‘Do you know that there is no existence of barbers in this world’. The barber was shocked – ‘But you have just had a hair-cut and you know it that I did the job’
The customer took him out of the shop and showed him the man standing outside, ‘Look, if there were barbers present in this world, there were no men with long hair, unshaven and untidy like him’ the barber said, ‘The barbers are there but if someone doesn't come to them then how will they cut his hair?’ The customer gave him a sweet smile and left the shop.
The story says- If you have an unsolved problem go to competent authority. There is no use blaming others but approaching the right person.
